The only problem with the iPad is that it's tough to get one as there's no stock:(

The rumoured ipad3 using the Samsung LCD would not be here until next year, the ipad2 should be able to get, before Christmas 2011...I have yet to lay my hands on one yet, still salivating!...even my grow&share not enough.

Did you get 1? I just went to a local store, asked, available, showed my credit card. Apple definitely have a supply issue, but they are pushing stocks to retailer as fast as possible.

Don't bother getting the wifi only models. Get the 3G one. It is troublesome to tether thru your iPhone and it drains the iPhone battery v fast.
Get a mifi, don't need to tether to your iphone. Could also get an android phone that does that as well.
I'm seriously considering it. Would really like to see what updates to the Macbook Air Apple is working on. It's rumoured to be available soon.
Whatever I decide to get, it will be from outside of Spore. Looking at the prices in the different countries, it's cheaper elsewhere
Still considering whether I'll need the 3G option
In Spore I plan to use at home & when travelling at a WiFi hotspot in the hotel room or at a Starbucks, MacD,...etc. Wifi hotspots are getting very common in many countries.
