You should read up more about the standardization of the arabic quran in 1924 by the puppet state of Egypt under the protection of Great Britain. Most of the mosques are using a quran based on that 1924 standardization.

And besides, you don't have any surviving copies of the quran from Abu Bakr or Uthman's time. In islamic history, that was the time the first time the quran was compiled. It was even on islamic record that Uthman burned all the source material for his first quran. So, there's no evidence that your current version of the quran is the same one from long long ago. It's from the 1924 version.
