Shit!! Forgot to make reservations. Now got to hunt around for a good restaurant for walk in. Already turned away by 3 restaurants. Wah! Almost as bad as CNY!

every single day you go back home safely and healthily is the best mother day for her.

Speak for yourself. Taste buds differ, mine's 79 in same dialect league.. but enjoys pizza and some simple western fare like fish and chips. So yesterday whilst doing some groceries at Cold Storage, bought 2 fresh slabs for lunch.

Darned special days are a hassle with crowded restaurants and we try to siam. Last night, we did food court at Marina (no crowds, with good glass window views across Marina Bay). She was happy with some double boiled pork soup, crowned with the silly Filial Party movie at GV. Think it's the thought that counts, be it some atas joint or humble fare
