During my time, we got to wash the cook house for the cook after lunch and dinner. We also never have any stomach flu or attack. SAF cooks are the most worst cook you can ever get. Food blend or too salty for consumption. Food not cooked properly. Rice as hard as rock. Anyway, that provide a lot of chance for canteen break.

Strangley when pte operator takes over, all of them kanna food poision.
