She spotted this iPad user ignoring an elderly man who was standing in front of her on the train.

The STOMPer believes the woman was a Chinese national because of her accent as she spoke on the phone.

STOMPer O says:

"Obviously the seats are reserved for the old and needy but these people show no sign of remorse when an old uncle stands just in front of her.

"I notice that most of the commuters who take up priority seats are foreigners. I'm not sure if it's because they cannot understand the words on the priority seat signs.

"Do we need multi-lingual translation for them to understand? Or are they just not bothered because they paid a fare?"

"This explains why more and more Singaporeans are migrating overseas.

"How can we stop them or who can educate them properly?"

He wonders why the the shop prefers hiring PRs from China over those from Singapore or Malaysia,

The sign reads: Recruitment. Looking for full-time employees. Male and female welcome. Priority for China PR for wages and interview.

"After my lunch, I walked past a bubble tea shop.

"The shop is at 'The Bencoolen'.

"I want to know why it needs a China PR?

"Why not Malaysian Chinese PR?

"Can't a Chinese speaking person do the job?

"Is it because the pay for a Singaporean Chinese is different from that of a Chinese PR?

"Both can leave the job anytime?

"Do I need a China passport to work in Singapore as a Chinese?

"Does the Ministry Of Manpower allow this kind of discrimination?
