Whenever I put a job application for a sales position in my company, almost 70% of the applications are from Pinoys. Some of these stupid farking retards can't seem to be able to read the job requirements. Suka suka email me their bloody resumes when most of the time their qualifications and experience are totally irrelevant and do not match our rquirements. Sometimes, when I'm free, I like to send a nasty reply to them to insult them terok terok! But most of the time, I just delete their farking emails totally. It's just so difficult to get local staff these days! Would I be guilty of discrimination if I put in my job advertisement in bold, "FOREIGNERS NEED NOT APPLY"? :oIo:
