To be fair I think there is a fair chance that the GOP can retake the house in 2022. Gerrymandering, redistricting may just give them the edge BUT the Democrats have HR 1 which is like a nuclear voting bomb they are threatening to wipe clean all these efforts make it easier for the GOP to win.
If the Democrats do away with the filibuster and pass HR 1 then no, not as much certainty who has the house in 2022.
