SIA and Scoot flights to operate out of Changi Airport Terminal 5 when it opens​

first sign of ceca abuse is the pubic toilet. relatively new sq planes serving cecas have toilets discolored and stained. i’m shocked when i see well maintained planes with toilets that are scratched up and severely stained from excessive cleaning. changi airport toilets too are showing signs of ceca stress.
