A 35-year-old British tourist was arrested on Monday (Feb 16) morning for damaging several smart check-in kiosks at Hong Kong International Airport.

The man was seen in videos toppling at least five such kiosks before picking up a queue pole to smash them.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

It is currently not known what caused the man to behave this way. He is being investigated by Hong Kong police for criminal damage.
