MOM Data: Top 10% salaries in S’pore by age and industry

In Aug, Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower updated its salary benchmarks used to score Employment Pass applications for foreigners. But the added benefit of these statistical tables is that they provide the most detailed insight into how much Singaporeans earn depending on age and industry (which then immigrant applicants are evaluated against).

The data below shows benchmark levels of local PMETs that foreigners have to match or exceed in order to get the maximum 20 points for the salary section under the COMPASS system introduced last year. They must fall within the top 10% of salaries earned by Singaporeans in each sector.
