what do you think? If MOE does not sue Roy, we assume that what Roy says is true and some one has called MOE in the middle of the night to instruct MOE to sack Roy and it is politically motivated.

MOE must come clean. If MOE never do that, MOE shall sue Roy.

For a headline sacking like this, there should be specific examples of how Roy abused his employer's time.
Don't ANY of the other employees use company time to send personal messages, phone calls etc.
