1. it is some tragedy not stupidity.
2. honest, i did flew with some flying docs down under to the outback on several occasions.
3. at times, we flew in those 8-seater with a single engine plane.
4. rule of thumb: no one gets out until the plane comes to a complete stop and the pilot opens the main exit.
