Cheerleader Lee Ju-eun, who made headlines after signing a high-profile contract to join a Taiwanese professional baseball cheer squad, has once again captivated fans with her latest post showcasing her on-field appearance.
Lee shared photos to Instagram on Monday showing herself cheering as a member of the Fubon Angels, the cheerleading team for Taiwan’s Fubon Guardians. Dressed in a sheer cheer uniform, Lee exuded her lively energy, drawing enthusiastic reactions from fans.
Comments on her post included messages such as, “We love you,” “You’re so beautiful,” “Absolutely stunning,” “A real-life fairy,” and “You look like a goddess.”
Since beginning her cheerleading career in 2023, Lee has become a sensation in both South Korea and abroad. Her looks earned her the nickname “AI Goddess” among fans. She rose to global prominence while cheering for the KIA Tigers during the 2024 Korean pro-baseball season. A video of her touching up her makeup in the stands, then suddenly jumping up to perform the 'Pikki Pikki' dance, went massively viral. The clip has since surpassed 100 million views on YouTube.
After she skyrocketed to fame, Lee signed with the Fubon Angels for 10 million New Taiwan dollars ($334,000), an amount exceeding the average annual salary of many professional baseball players in Taiwan.
In 2025, she also joined the LG Twins’ cheerleading team in Korea. Fubon Sports & Entertainment clarified her dual roles, saying, “Lee Ju-eun’s contract with us is exclusive to Taiwan. Both parties agreed in advance that she would be free to work in other regions of Korea as long as it did not interfere with her commitments in Taiwan.”
