MIW & rich Sinkies relate more to FTs than to poor Sinkies

The FTs - middle income professionals and above r prob the counterparts or direct subordinates of the MIW or the middle class Sinkies. They work together, socialize together and prob good friends together. Compare the distance to the poor and lower middle class Sinkies. They prob have little or no interaction together. So reaction to the FTs issue will be very different for these two stratum of society.
This prob account for the reason why there is little outcry from the upper echelon of society on the FT issue. Agree ?
