What 1%? the workers minds goes brain dead when he speaks & deaf when he sings, go blind when he turn up in a costume, goes into mental shock when ne cries..productivity takes a 100% dive...a person that cannot even inspire an ant to move forward.

That's the problem.He want to antagonise us with his antics incrementally .He must be sent to the WSQ certificate course on basic pronunciation.
