MIssing Chinese teen in Thailand after meeting someone online​

Hi all,

My friend's son has been missing fro a week. He flew by himself from his hometown in Xejang province, Taichou City. He supposedly flew out from Hanzhou on April 4th at 22:00 and arrived supposed to have arrived in Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok around midnight. His name is Yan Cheng Yuan, born in 2007.

He is not answering his phone, and when he does answer only says hello then hangsup. His WeChat has now been completely disconnected and no one know who he met, what game he met the person on or if he is even still alive. Police have said they cannot access his WeChat account and his parents are illiterate.

He has been previously hospitalised for depression and was on antidepressants but due to his parents fighting frequently seems he escaped into online communities for comfort.

I have only a copy of his ID card, if anyone can help in any way.... it would go a long way in help us find out if he is okay, has been trafficked or hurt himself (hopefully he is okay and just does not want to go home).
