how come all the 'before' pics holding numbers? as if they know there's going to be a 'after' segment? Maybe not all go thru plastic surgery........some just the magic of make up

Second, because only a handful of famous plastic surgeons operate on celebs and beauty queen wannabes, all the contestants tend to look like - the same kind of eyes, face shape, nose, etc.
