Emeritus Senior Minister (ESM) Goh Chok Tong will visit New Delhi from Dec 3-6 to attend a meeting of the AECOM Global Advisory Board as a Board member.

Whilst there, he will call on Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He will also meet other Indian political leaders, including Union Minister of Urban Development Kamal Nath and Bharatiya Janata Party leader L K Advani, as well as top Indian businessmen.

In the last few months, we have so many ministers visiting other countries. What have they accomplished from those visits? Nobody knows. How much have they spent? Did they have $25k dinners?
Why do we think that these PAP politicians will not misspend our tax dollars?

So, in Wooden Goh's case ...he is attending a board meeting of a business ...and sinkapore taxpayers are picking up the tab? To make it look like official business, he meets up with some Indian minister.
Why are we so gullible to accept such public abuse of our tax dollars?
Wooden Goh should just pay his own way there ...after all, he gets fees for sitting on the board. Does he donate the fees to the country?

Chartered planes?
Security, traveling entourage, first class food board and transportation, overseas allowances.
How much taxpayers monies spent for such a trip?
60.1% song bo?

with no reference to any particular human, animal vegetable or mineral,

the general sense for some so called upper stratas of society is must wayang wayang wayang

wayang flash seems to equal big respect and awe....

Gahment paid vacation...

Anyway these VVIPs can't really enjoy life in Singapore... Only when they are out of Singapore they can truly "Freedom"

How about those unannounced personal travels on taxpayers expenses?

As you know, MINISTER and MP salaries were cut after GE2011.
PM Lee Hsien Loong need to protect its cronies.

so after cutting salaries, PM LEE HSIEN LOONG increased his cronies travel allowances and various allowances and therefore total pay packages still increase.

before GE2011
High monthly salary, low allowances

after GE2011
Low monthly salary, higher allowances

so total packages after GE2011 are higher than before GE2011
