The sikh chap is misrepresenting history. Nobody accepted the Japanese invasion and ther was sizeable resistance both armed and unarmed from the locals. well it may be a exaggeration but its not far from the truth either.....those x,y,z generation that grew up in the late 80s,90s and naughts and attended a good primary school or a secondary school of cutoff 230 and above,basically any school worth half a shit,u will barely find a malay in there.i mean like literally zero fucking muhammads or azifs or hashims.the closest we had was a boy with michael jackson re vitiligo disease,he had dark patches and blotches all over his skin which basically made him look darker than he actually was which basically was a chink.i had a difficult time visualizing what a malay was which i thought was some rare monkey species wondering our void decks playing soccer and riding motorbikes singing monkey from jungle book or gorillas in the mist..u literally had to go to some 190 psle neighbourhood school to encounter a brood.
