Minister Ong said the right words.
Humankind will need Leaders to seek for PEACE, for without peace which SAVE LIVES and the often sad and irony of peace - which is one must defend with ARMS and SACRIFICES by blood to destroy UNEVOLED animals in Human skin such as terrorists in either National or Non State actors.
However, he did push the can down the road, on a situation when push comes to shove, which NO leader except PrezTrump - leader of our Free World - would dare answer, man to man, forthrightly, say it as it is the honest and often seemingly undiplomatic way than to be ambiguous which leave much to different perceptions and interpretations......
As a kid in primary school, I found a fellow student and friend from a lower class level whom lived near my home, whom was not obviously feeling well, As the school bell had not rung for assembly and start of classes, I took him home, which is only about half a hour of walk nearby, in the hope that his mom would take him to the clinic.
Unfortunately, her mom berated me for taking him out of classes, which I accepted and myself was late for classed and berated by the class teacher....
However, I felt no guilt or condemnation, as the kid I brought back home was immediately sent from home to a Hospital intensive care unit as he was found to had by infected by a strong variant of COV virus even before the discovery of SARs, and in a small way from me, saved his life.... Each life is precious and means something special to another....every seemingly small sincere way that does not hurt or harms counts, to progress and evolve Humankind to the Stars....
