Did I heard correctly that an army Colonel or General is now CEO of SMRT, and that he subsequently brought his ex-colleague Colonels (or whatever rank) over to help him 'manage' the operations?

He must have realized by yesterday that he has absolutely no power at all to command the passengers who do not come under military command, to:
1) fall in on the double,
2) 'kana-lo-los'(for those FTs and who did not served in arm forces before, it is an army command to look right
to align the formation), and,
3) march double-quick time in orderly manner with one-arm-length spacing each and in step, to the bus stop!

A big chaos happened last night. It just showed the CEO is a misfit from army to civilian company!

SBS Transit also said 85 shuttle buses were activated for operation between Woodleigh and Punggol stations, but many were delayed on their way to the affected stations "due to massive traffic jams" en route. They added that about 90 of its staff were activated for duty at the seven affected stations to assist commuters. >>

What a big lies,, 85 shuttle busese ???? Frak YOU, there are so many people have to walk all the way down to Potong Pasir and get the free service, the most is about 10-20 buses.
