All those free flyer miles and upgrades etc. that come from company paid First Class travel on SIA...you think the free miles go back to company? They get their PA to do the 'churiing'. PA informs the restaurant of the minister's visit ....and it is always expected that the minister has the option of not having to pay for the meal. It will be a gesture of 'gratitude' by the restaurant to provide a freebie to the minister.
