PEASANTPORE: Deputy Prime Minion and Finance Minion Tarman, renowned as the Estate Tax Repealer, granted more boons to the physically disabled or their caregivers after many peasants representatives reported they were harassed by disgruntled peasants.

He made the announcement of new boons granted in Imperial Court on Thursday, following feedback from Meet the Peasants Session that the new loan limits will adversely impact those truly in need of a vehicle.

Peasants Representatives, acting on advice of lobbists cunningly raised the plight of peasant families with young children, the elderly and disabled.

Under new rules imposed last month, the regime finally decided to cut cheap money supply pretending to be loans for prospective car buyers. They can take up loans of only up to 60 per cent of the price of a car. This marks the end of ex-Regent Woody's loose monetary policy to benefit the car merchants. If peasant buyers have to fork out a cash downpayment of at least 40 per cent, they are unlikely to incur ruinous debts. In addition, ex-Regent Woody Goh's generous loan tenure has been shortened to five years.

Minion Tarman said the exemption will only give enough rope for the physically disabled and caregivers to hang themselves. He mused peasants have not mulled the costs of car ownership in the form of fuel, road taxes and parking.

The Monetary Arses of Peasantpore (MAS) will provide details of the boons soon. It is expected more peasants and car merchants will suddenly become filial children who wish to look after their 'ageing parents' to secure the cheap loans and 10 year repayment period.

Minion Tarman said the central bank arses cannot keep granting boons if lobbists turn on their slick marketing. He sincerely wants to cool demand and the skyrocketing Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices.

The minion said many netizens and political economists have correctly co-relate high COE prices thanks to loose monetary policies.

Many netizens and opportunists are using the rise in COE prices to jack up inflation and make Ruler Loong look like a idiot. Ang Mohs and Nihons are openly laughing at the absurd COE scam and high car prices endured by stupid peasants.

Separately, for used loansharks turned car dealers, Minion Tarman said the Land Transport Arses (LTA) will bail them out by giving them more time to find buyers for their cars and maintain high used car prices.

LTA will distort market forces by extending the temporary transfer scheme for used car dealers from the current 9 full moons to a 12 full moons.

"MAS has met with the Peasantpore Vehicle Traders Arses whose member threaten to return to their old loansharking business if they are not granted boons.," Minion Tharman grumbled.

Minion Tarman, effectively caved in to used-car merchants added the MAS is also studying new bailout measure by using the depreciation in the value of a used car to fixing the OMV. Such a financial trickery will put used cars into better tiers for easier loan application, effectively creating a loophole.

Minion Tharman stressed that the new loan rules are not permanent and are subjected to future lobbying.
