With the recent opening, travelling around Singapore for delectable food has become so much easier. And what can be more affordable and mouth-watering than our local hawker food?

Not just being widely available, hawker food is also what makes Singapore special. Even my Estonian Counterpart Mr Andres Sutt who visited Chinatown Complex recently commented that we had “Excellent place and food”.

I’m really proud of our local hawker fares and encourage everyone to explore some of our local hawker centres this school holiday. - Jo Teo
