the hand made noodle stall
sell the pan mian
seems to be chinese FT favourite

I was queing to buy pan mian
notice the queue in front and behind me were all chinese nationals

they seem to like it
other stall dont seem to have any chinese FT queue
I think in china these noodel is very popular
so they eat this pan mian
as if they are back home in china

there are many young chinese FT males
very tall, about 20 yeears old
some work in shop and save as cashiers

bcos the girl selling ban mian very chio?

actually its quite a healthy dish - if you don't add the fried spring onion as garnish.

got soup, got veg, got meat, got egg...

and if the soup is tasty...its quite nice...not heavy going.

i remember i used to like the 秋莲板面 at Marina Centre Shopping Centre..b4 they reno...

then alot of stalls bearing the same name pop up everywhere...

now every food court have one..KNN...

its easy to make and no need too much skills...just boil with soup...easy for FTs to learn to cook...and unlike other dishes that require more skills...(eg: char kway teow...) -- even an amateur can cook.
