PEASANTPORE: The Association for Small and Medium Merchants (ASME) has begin lobbying for endless supply of cheap foreign serfs. It crowed any framework that legislates local petty merchants to hire expensive local peasants will result in increased costs and red tape.
ASME's Presiding Arse, Lackey Chan Ah Beng, fired the first salvo of his lobby and post a silly statement on the sidelines of a Unfair Employment Practices seminar on Thursday.
But Arse Chan gave some face to Minion Tarman and 'acknowledged' that there is an urgent need among petty local merchants to drop their Asiatic sweatshop mentality and employ modern management and work processes in order to survive. Something that rebellious netizens and non-repentant political economists have humped and pumped for many donkey full moon.
For many petty local merchants, Arse Chan said they have been enjoying Bargain Hen's cheap foreign serf boon and have become spoilt fat cats, earning simple profits as the population ballooned. What goes around, cums around and the peasants have used to ballot box to pressure Ruler Loong to further tighten of the foreign serf inflow for petty merchants. Arse Chan said Ruler Loong's decree has been a "bitter thrust up their arses".
"KNNCCB, Ruler Loong extends endless supply of cheap foreign serfs for foreign merchants and nationalised corporations but single us for the arse thrusts! We are not bapoks, we are not the weak link, we refuse to back down and will employ Yankee lobbying tactics to hit back! On the surface we say local companies that are not doing well today and are reliant on cheap serfs should fucking re-examine modern management and processes but we still expect to enjoy the boons and loopholes accorded to foreign merchants and state owned enterprises," he groaned.
"And you know the regime is not likely to U-turn on foreign serfs till after Procedural Erections 2016 and in fact it is tightening for petty local merchants only. We know we cannot ask Ruler Loong to lower his taxes, utilities and land costs, so we exploit powerless peasants....no choice...," he moaned.
Arse Chan begin to employ Quantum Mechanics tricks and asserts that in restructuring their work practices, local merchants should go beyond technology and machines. Wise peasants thought he was talking about treating serfs decently in local merchants' sweatshops.
Then the Quantum Mechanics madness begins, Arse Chan said local merchants should continue to exploit their serfs, root cause of their addiction to cheap foreign serfs.
Arse Chan went off tangent and lied new measures to ensure fair hiring practices here are unlikely to work in Asiatic states.
Instead, Arse Chan said there should be lip service to instill best employment practices among petty merchants.
He said: "Like NATO...No Action Talk Only. Just Talk Cock Sing Song.....good guidelines like what TAFEP (Tripartite Arses for Unfair Employment Practices) is doing right now - preaching but not asking petty merchants to put in practice decency in treating their serfs as peasants.
"But as I said earlier, as a merchant and KTV cheongster, if I patronise seedy KTV lounges, I would definitely and most of my kakis would want to get local whores. But we want cheap fucks, so getting foreigners is the first thing in their dickheads."
Baboon Ang Yuit, managing baboon of The Arses CON Men, said: "You can see those petty Asiatic merchants are addicted to cheap foreign whores, what makes you think they will hire and treat local peasants decently and not bleed them dry with Jewish stipends and non-existent benefits."
Yet a survey conducted by TAFEP found that 200 per cent of some 550 local petty merchants surveyed do not place importance on adopting fair employment practices. Many clamoured for diversity in their workplace because of the low cost foreign serfs.
The number of organisations signing the alliance's Pledge of Unfair Employment Practices has increased, from about 600 in 2007 to more than 2,100 today.
The survey found that of those petty local merchants that highlighted barriers to endless supply of cheap foreign serfs will see them adopt Yankee lobbying to pressure Ruler Loong.
So TAFEP has issued a subtle warning on its website that petty local merchants should not create more problems for Ruler Loong till 2016. They should lie low and await details on how loopholes will be created secretly for them before employing lobbyists.
