The city of Ust-Ilimsk of the Irkutsk region, Russia, has a new governor. Housekeeper Anna Schyokina, 28, was supported by 44,04% voters. Her closest competitor Sergey Zatsepin got 37,30%.
Anna is a graduator of the Baikal State University of Economics and Law and repeatedly changed occupations since then. In 2011 she was a student, since 2013 to 2017 – a housekeeper, in 2018 she became an individual entrepreneur and during the elections for the position of the head if the city she was voted for as an ordinary housekeeper again.

The document certifying the position of Anna as the city governor.
Russia, you are an amazing country!

Ooi no respect to our lady president ? Ps also post her photo to be part of these beauties.

This certificate is from Election Dept (dated only recently) said she won Mayor Election for the stated town.

But should have one more formal appointment letter from Kremlin signed by Czar Putin. This formal one will be given to town local security commanders, aka mata chief, fire-chief, local court magistrates, FSB if any, county jail warden, hospital chief, port / railway / depot chief Town Council, Engineering Road Woks Dept, Electical power network, telco, water / gas Depts, etc. They will fall under her commands complying with Czar Putin's appointment letter. Election Dept must officially certify her winning vote count results to Kremlin, based on that Putin signs her Mayor Appointment.
