Kelloggs losing money because of intermittent fasting?

Hahaha
Intermittent fasting is doing good to my body. It at least catches the body from going up.
Stop eating 7p.m, let your body digest all the food for 16 hours.

You might be able to start consuming your food at around 12:00 p.m. the next day.

Eating unhealthy breakfast like noodles, dim sum is actually very unhealthy to your body. Noodles are high in carbo. Dim sum has too much meat and carbo too. This will actually cause your body to store fats and you become a fatty in a while's time.

I don't do intermittent fasting. I do 72-hour fasting.
