Well, she failed miserably. She had since early Jan to ensure that wuhan virus doesn't hit the dorms. We are in April now. Everything is in a mess now after the initial "gold standard success". Her colleagues' efforts have been sabotaged and undermined by her. All she can say now is despite her so called "best" efforts, it happened. Obviously, her "best" efforts were severely lacking, as the dorms are falling like dominos now.

I pity those frontline guys doing contact tracing, the nurses, ambulance drivers etc etc. Everyday 300 over cases increases their chances of getting wuhanned!
