Last year, she shoved in our face the Internet Media Licensing regime in an attempt to silence online critics of the PAP.

Today, the millionaire CEO of MDA, Koh Lin-net, who bought a $10.1m luxury apartment at Corals at Keppel Bay, has again defended her political masters by excluding the YPAP videos from the definition of a political film under Sect 33 of the Film Act.

The reason? The videos do not contain “animation” or “dramatic elements”.

This is despite the fact that Section 33 Film Act does not specify those pre-requisites for a film to be considered a “political film”.

This surely ranks as one of the lamest and most farcical political excuse ever; alongside former CJ Chan Sek Keong’s ruling in 1997 that the PAP trio Goh Chok Tong, Tony Tan and Lee Hsien Loong had not breached the Elections Act as “a person inside a polling station cannot be said to be within a radius of 200 metres of a polling station”.

So what can we learn from these two episodes?

A baffling statement from the MDA.. The whole world saw so many PAP logos being shown in the video..

If its not classified as a political video by MDA then its fair to say that this video done by YPAP should be classified as a comedy video..
