SINGAPORE – McDonald’s Singapore is introducing new menu items to its line-up, including an all-new McCrispy chicken burger, for a limited time.
The burger features a crispy, batter-coated chicken thigh patty, a smoky sauce and a soft potato bun.
To celebrate the launch on Sept 4, the fast-food chain is offering 36,000 free McCrispy burgers to customers.
These can be redeemed from 2 to 5pm that day, limited to the first 250 redemptions at each McDonald’s store on a first-come, first served basis. These customers will also receive a voucher to get 20 per cent off their next McCrispy meal order.
Customers can complete their meal with onion cheese flavoured crinkle-cut fries and a Yuzu McFizz drink, which will be added to the menu on the same day.
Making a return is the banana soft serve, which was first launched in 2017. It will be available on a cone, as well as in a sundae topped with strawberry or chocolate sauce and as a McFlurry with Oreo biscuit bits.
The McCrispy burger will be available during non-breakfast hours at all restaurants and drive-throughs and via McDelivery, as well as on delivery platforms such as GrabFood, foodpanda and Deliveroo.
The crinkle fries and Yuzu McFizz will be available all day at participating restaurants for dine-in or take-away.
On Sept 18, McDonald’s will also add sweet treats to its menu – a Yuan Yang latte and bite-sized McPops doughnuts.
The McPops come in two flavours – choco-hazelnut and berry – and served in two-, six- or 12-piece servings.
