Whether Anwar is useless or useful depends on the people supporting him. Anwar's wife role was temporary replacing Anwar while he was in prison. Once he was out, it was natural for the wife to give way as she had no political ambition in the first place. She was there only to support her husband.

One unusual politician that stood out during this week of campaigning is none other than Frankie Gan Joon Zin. The Bukit Bintang BN candidate is trying to wrestle the seat from DAP candidate Fong Kui Lun by singing into the hearts' of voters. He recently grabbed headlines when he broke out into a song 'Widuri' when meeting residents during one of his walkabouts.


Now, he has released a 'MTV Karaoke video compact disc' and accompanying the compact disc is the single 'Love Is In The Air', which has gone viral on social media.

In the video, Frankie is dressed in colourful printed shirts and looking (aimlessly?) beyond skies and sunset that were superimposed.

You may think Anwar is hopeless but he's the symbol of the Opposition in Malaysia.. He's their star player.. Without Anwar, I don't think the Opposition could obtain so many seats during the 08 GE..

No Opposition figure can be so eloquent in their rallies and stir the multi racial rally crowd with his fiery speeches.. Only Anwar is capable of reaching out to every races in Malaysia..
