MBT waves at Tampines voters

Was on my way out of St Hildas' polling station when I saw the PAP entourage also walking out as well and saw MBT waving to incoming voters.

Is he contravening any fo the GE rules by his action ?

This Mah/horse can't even string a proper sentence coherently; notice how in media interviews he always needed to pause,think, stutter and still pouted nonsense! Like that how to debate with GMS. He just simply relied on the PAP grassroots army to help him keep his ministerial post!
