These Ah Nehs are fussy customers.. Most of them behave like big fuck Maharajas when dining in fancy restaurants with their fellow countrymen..

I had personally witnessed their fucked up yaya attitude myself years ago when I had a Briyani dinner at this Race Course restaurant with a few colleagues.. I don't give a damn then coz the waiter in that restaurant is their fellow countryman..

The gal should have spitted at their forks and plates for that ' extra shine ' and wipe it with that dirty table cloth..

This is not actually a 3rd world issue. Its a cultural issue. This behaviour is that of high caste brahmins from India who are Vegans hold high positions, earn big bugs and have been brought up in a caste system.

I don't think you been around the globe or lived among various cultures and races to make this comment.Because it is definitely a 3rd world issue.Nothing cultural nor caste per se.

But this sort of behavior is definitely an issue.It cuts across culture or caste.I had seen a very high ranking low caste politician in S.Asia throwing his full shitty weight on a very highly educated Brahmin government official equivalent to Perm Sec.Just as Idi Amin forced Caucasians to carry him around in their shoulders.

I had seen filthy rich Indonesian Chinese walking up to local Bumi village head and slap him.And pay to rape virgin village girls.

And there was once in a rural Thai area as a guest of a prominent personality related to the royal family where I was served by a servant girl crawling on her knees nearly 20 meters to reach my seating.

All these are cultural shocks to Singaporeans.

Even in Korea even today.The business chief can take any girl working for him to bed.Only that,this practice is not wide spread now but thriving in their entertainment circle.

It all boils down to one thing.The divide between the haves and have nots.It's that simple.Whether one has the money/power or not.

On the other hand I find such behaviors almost non existing among primitive tribes.Perhaps,because the pecking order clearly defined.And that the elder must mind his manners to remain respectful.

This sort of behavior is very pronounced where the income gap is too wide.In such places as India,Brazil and Indonesia.Even in Singapore some 10 or 20 years ago,people driving BMW and Jaguar were sitting with any other along the road side sharing a durian or a meal.But today that world has gone forever.Today the rich wants to be seen among the rich.And the poor cannot afford to go where the rich goes.

It's not just ah nehs, local or chow ang mos. Here is the thing, when you are dining in at any FnB establishment. Don't be guailan or you'll end up eating something else than what you ordered. I've worked in a kitchen before and as a waiter, we do some real nasty stuff to the foods that got sent back by fussy customers. Caveat Emptor.

One of these day I am going to go one of their tables and tell them behave in a civil manner and not to be rude to staff. I have encountered their vegan demanding ways in HK, London and Joburg.

From what I've seen those guys do in India, that's nothing. The way some of them scream at the waiters at and Indian restaurant back in India makes my BMT sergeant look like a saint
