Next week by 30 June to be exact 12 weeks, MBS & RWS both casinos had been closed since 7 April due coronavirus outbreak.
Punters who purchased Annual Levy of $3000 have been eaten up by 12 weeks in dollars value @week =$58 x 12 weeks ie $692.00
I believe Singapore Cheng Wu or CRA very steady one and Ah Heng will reimburse the 12 weeks lost entry to the punters in due course.
Hope Singapore Cheng Wu will open border for Malaysians ASAP so the those Msia dealers & etc could come back to work in tthe 2IRs and all F&B outlets.
If Genting Highland casinos and Macau casinos biz as usual why can't Singapore!

If no annual levy reimburse I believe rws mbs will offer freebies few nights free stay to attract local punters back. So fast can start 4d horse racing bets, so I believe the 2 land casinos maybe also can start sooner than expected around Sept once iron out safety measures.
Borders still close no foreign punters and high rollers now have to only depend on local punters to contribute and also just gave out $300 free money also must collect back local punters go pay 2x day levy already all give back, win win situation.

Look like Aegean paradise will be the biggest loser and continuously closing the border is a disaster to AP. This only leave with little choice to AP's owner ,either sell it away permanently stop biz or keep it until green light given thus need to bear all the cost incurred, another headache thing is man power, laying off the staff will mean no way to start immediately even the green light is on , keep the staff alive will need to pay the wages even without operation for don't know how long.

MBS & RWS Casinos to reopen 1st July @0001hrs
To be exact the 2 licenced casinos were closed from 7 April to 30 June for period of 12 weeks.
For those Annual Levy members who paid $3000 likely will be reimbursed back in kinds of 84 unused days.
Our Govt very steady and fair and will not eat up the 12 weeks unused annual entry levy due to unforeseen world crisis infested with Covid-19.

My friends wrote in to CRA to seek for non entry Casino Annual Levy refund. He informed that CRA is looking at it and may give refund 3 months extension cases by case.

Soon CRA will also cut manpower in MBS & RWS casinos as Govt restricted local to visit the casinos.
Eventually NCPG will close down as casinos will have very few local punters.

As 1 July 2020 when both casinos, MBS & RWS reopened, CRA imposed new rules to stop selling Annual Levy $3000. Singaporeans who wish to enter casino must purchased a 24 hours levy of $150 and no more Annual Levy on sales.
So how many regular Singaporeans are willing to pay $150.
NCPG no need to ban punters, MBS & RWS will suffer huge deficits as more doctors
than patients inside both casinos.
The casinos operators will wish very BIG THANK YOU to Singapore Govt.
If New Century Tours will to be listed in SGX the shares will certainly hit rocket high as more Singaporeans will onboard the casino ship.

I think Govt got intention to close shop as seen too many broken families and ah longs run wild.
See how Genting Group supported Govt with 2 Star Cruise for Bangla and also tao bao meal for over 10,000 Bangla staying in Expo for quarantine during outbreak of covit-19.
