MBA exam scam foiled

A massive cheating scam led the Ministry of Education on Sunday to repeal the right of the Harbin University of Science and Technology to confer the Master's of Business Administration degrees.
Enrollment of graduate students has also been cut for next year, Beijing Daily reported.
A criminal group used high-tech equipment to steal State secrets and help students pass the exam illegally. Police have arrested suspects and handed them over to the judicial organs, the newspaper said.
The education department of Heilongjiang Province has declared the cheating students' grades null and void and suspended them from participating in national exams for three years.
