Have tried with pillow beneath ankles, don't really work for me.
As travel quite a bit, most hotel beds are pretty soft, always next morning back ache
What exercise would be good to relieve aching back problem?.
Swimming, Jogging (bad on the knees), brisk walking, cycling?.
one mei mei to step on your back for 30 mins is all it takes.
