Mattresses to recommend: Simmons? Sea horse?

Have tried with pillow beneath ankles, don't really work for me.
As travel quite a bit, most hotel beds are pretty soft, always next morning back ache

What exercise would be good to relieve aching back problem?.
Swimming, Jogging (bad on the knees), brisk walking, cycling?.

one mei mei to step on your back for 30 mins is all it takes.
 
What I do understand is if the pillow height too high, next morning sure stiff neck ...
chek ur sleeping posture ... especially wen on ur side ...

dun curl up, stretch ur whole body strait, from hed 2 toe ... throw away ur dutch wife ...

Many moons ago used to travel frequently to Bkk, Thai mssage, was the in thingy.

Like you mention, step here, step there on the back.
Maybe that's the root cause, come to think of it.

Anyway, not sure if those back massage helps (no more stepping, please) at Wan Yang. Understand per session about 20 minutes, not sure what's the price though.
 
Not sure what mattress 81 uses but it's comfortable. Good for bonking and sleeping.

Never heard of it though.
