Those foreign talents comes in free of burden. Their education and training and growing up cost already paid for by the originating country.
And when they get employed, contribute in the form of taxation.

Real foreign talent should always be welcome. Not bullshitters with fake diplomas and qualifications doing jobs that our locals can do much better.
 
I hope when sggov gives these students scholarship, they should also give their whole village SG PR status too.
