One Angmoh stolen my wife hand bag in Vivo city

"we were dining in the open space near the river ..with my 2 kids ... 3 years and 5 years...

one Angmo guy just passed by us ... saw my wife hand bag in my son pram... again he passed by and messed up our table with some brown color liquid.... to direvt us then suddenly disappear with my wife hand bag.... lost camera , cell phone , IC, cash ..."

That dies not surprise me at all happened to my mom at France. She sat down at a cafe with my dad for a cup of coffee when an ang moh lady sat down next to them and threw her coat over her hand bag and striked up a coversation. When she left she lifted her coat and my mom's bag. Luckly my mom noticed her bag was missing and insisted the lady to open her coat and there it was wrapped in that ang moh's coat.
