better than the ToriQ at takashimaya.

there is a shop near flinders, old shoppingmall, can;t recall the name, viet selling pork chop rice that can make you high, only $7+.

the thing in melb is that most of these shops and restaurants cater drinking water for diners FOC. and there is no service charges or GST crap. you pay $7 or $8 nett.

its just abit painful when ur daily food bill comes up to about $20,plus rent, monthly expenses comes up to about $1400 a month not including other miscellaneous stuff expenses......which is not good when ur unemployed in australia.and poker is not exactly a stable income......which is why im trying to build my passive income up to 1k/month,so i have better odds of surviving in australia.i would need about 150k to 200k portfolio.once i achieve 200k portfolio i can live anywhere in the world.one good thing about australia is the food portions are massive.whether u are eating chinese food,or german food or casino food or cheap buffet food, the portions they give u are always humongous.

you can try backpackers or airbnb, bunk in with others, the last time when i came i shared an apartment with 4 ladies and 3 other guys. my daily rental is only $15 to $17 per day. you can surely cook your own meals, all lodgings come with free internet, so no worries. i know one indon girl who stayed in the shared apartment for 6 months just solely to look for job.

yeah i stay at backpackers, budget not enough for hotels, apartments rental might be slightly cheaper,i even contemplate just buying a tent and sleeping bag next time i go australia........anyway its fun for awhile but after some time it starts to get tiring and exhausting......the types of roommates u get is really depends on luck, people coming to ur room all day long, bring hordes of friends and people, and talking and chatting loudly while u trying to sleep at all hours, especially the fucking italians, dont they have school to go to,or a regular job or something to do during the daylight hours?smoking weed and shit and godknows what and drinking and shit, empty bottles everywhere.sometimes people have trouble with u snoring, sometimes other people are snoring.its fun trying to live in another country on a budget, never taking a taxi, walk everywhere or take tram, shop at coles and woolsworth to save money, trying to budget everything, wearing the same four t shirts and two jeans and one pair of shoes and one jacket, everyday worrying about how long more ur budget's gonna last but i think after a while.having no money is just more problems than its worth it......yes trying to survive day to day may be fun but shit......i think its better to have something when u need it,but dont use it when u dont have to........achieving financial freedom will give me more choices, more freedom to go wherever i want, live wherever i want and do whatever i want......be it in singapore or in australia or wherever.

Yes, it's always fun initially, but after a while it will wear you down.
