The banking network is like the internet. It has no respect of international borders.

You tell me. I can't believe that DBS/POSB cards are any less safe than ATM cards of the other banks that operate in Singapore.

Chances are their ATMs were targeted simply because the high traffic meant more cards to skim per hour compared to other banks.
