Child rapists and molesters are given "special treatment" in western prisons. I don't really believe they are treated differently by other inmates in Changi though I may be wrong.

It’s not a private room. They call it a one man cell.
Persons of interests will get it. Like maybe a former policeman going to jail. I’m not saying there are no fights or violence inside sg prison.
My point is there wont be any self righteous inmates waiting to mete out justice to him. Also likely he’ll be housed with other rapists together so he’ll be in good company.

No such thing in sg prisons. Sg inmates are all very meek. If they know of his crime maybe he’ll just be outcast but dun expect any prison justice. Even wardens won’t touch him. In the olden days maybe but not now.
