Market risk remain very high

we are coming to the 7-year anniversary of the Lehman Bankruptcy in a week. The 7-year cycle will be expiring in a week. If we don’t have a serious sell off this week does it mean we get the all clear? I wouldn’t go that far but according to Cahn’s work the worse of the selling in the last 2 cycles, also known as a Shemita cycle materialized on the very last day.
