That's right but one thing i would give this song props for is that it's released in korean and not english but yet still made is so big proving that you don't even have to get ppl to understand what you're saying. I honestly don't think psy or his producers had any idea the song would make it so big cos usually they would try to incoporate some english lyrics to appeal to their international audiences for international releases i assume.
