Many PAP grassroots youth leaders are "entrepreneurs"

We have Sear Hock Rong and Fong Yoon Keong, the two 'entrepreneurs" making their living providing services to Eunos grassroot organizations, which they hold key positions in one of them.

Now we have Jack Lin, who also described himself as an "entrepreneur". Wondering aloud, is he also making his living providing services to Joo Chiat grassroots organisation like Sear and Fong?
