I’ve seen a few folks at the career fair switching fields into healthcare. If you’ve got patient care experience, looking into the types of patient care technician certifications can really boost your chances. Employers like to see something concrete, and these certs help show you’ve got the hands-on skills. One guy I talked to had just gotten his and was already lining up interviews.
