many 12 years old SG girls addicted to online sex

but the sex iex with 15 men is over 2 years, and is not rape. if the man dont admit now, what can the police do ?

i mean, if the gal say you are fucked her 2 years ago, how can she proof it ?

statute of limitation in sg is 5 years.

This is not a new phenomenon. The only thing new is the prosecutution while in the past the parents will not seek prosecution to avoid a stigma for the family and the girl. The Police cannot investigate let alone prosecute until or unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent for medical examination. Going to give statements, visitng the police stations and courts does not make this better for the girl. I am shocked that they even allowed the press to interview her.

What were the parents thinking about? Now the whole neighbourhood will talk about it.

This case involves single low-income/? parent who may not know what to do.
Does Singapore laws have protection for minors - esp when it comes to public appearances.

Any government child protection officers?

How do Singaporeans treat pedophiles?

Under 14 or 16 (forgot liao), is considered statutory rape. Consent or no consent not a factor anymore. You can only get away from this offence with a stern warning if the court believes you when your defense is that the girl looks much older than her actual age. How they decide if the girl looks older than actual age, I have no idea.

In the past, parents of these victims even threatened that their daughters would turn hostile witnesses if the culprits were charged in court. Victims' family die die had to save face and reputation.

If not properly counselled and re-orientated, this victim is likely to end up in KTVs or involved in vice activities. Drug addiction also likely, given her environment and social circle. Sad case.

They judge must sentence the girl, to wearing an electronic tag, chasity belt, until she is of legal age....
