manipulators of shares market

just like casinos. are those con places?

just like our cpfs, would we stand a chance to get back every cents plus interests? at what age?

the magic of the entire affair is manipulators in share markets lure unwary investors promising them "rewards". didn't cpf last time also approve of using our saving to invest in "trustee" stocks? look what happen to most trustee stocks. many have become THRUSTEE stocks which worth not even a fraction of their original value.

does our gov own up to such whammy by the way?

ah bar, this is what i have to say:

just like casinos. are those con places?
casinos are actually leisure places but unfortunately most pple succumb to habitual gambling.

i never thought of getting back my cpf, i am leaving it behind for my family. Probably, some others have their own thoughts in how they want their cpf be managed. cpf is critical for the country to make money for domestic and fend off any hostile financial battle that threaten our country. but again unfortunately, our GIC squandered it away mostly. i am quite skeptical if they really made although it was published in papers that they made good returns.

yes, you remind me of chartered semicon using cpf to buy their shares, they also used to pay their staff up to 9 months bonuses in their hey days. even my cousin, a senior manager in his 40's got affected and never able to find a job since for few years already.

nah, our gov. always give pple false hope instead of instilling positivity in their thinking.

I believe in such volatile markets, hedge funds would benefit a lot, both in the up and down market because of their flexibility of actions not available to other classes of investors.

They have the "muscle" to squeeze u into one corner, leaving u helpless but to cut.

sometimes, things that big timers do are unintentional, they also have to trade to profit, you may not be their target but just happen to be.

many sgporeans were squeezed by mathatter and given empty promises by lau goh and woody over the accursed CLOB SHARES. the matlander conmen are back with more temptations. they organise lavish buffets and invite investors to attend their talk trying to re-start M'SIAN CLOB SHARES trading.

SDP behind this?

"The police are warning the public against taking part in a protest due to be held in Raffles Place tomorrow as it will be unlawful. 'Police urge members of the public not to be misled and participate in an unlawful activity,' said the statement.

It also pointed out that under Singapore laws, citizens are free to hold demonstrations without applying for permits if these are held at Speakers' Co...rner in Hong Lim Park and do not touch on matters relating to race and religion. Demonstrations held elsewhere outdoors require permits.

The Singapore event has caught the attention of a popular local satirist, blogger mrbrown, who wrote on his blog this week: 'If Singapore had an Occupy Wall Street protest in Raffles Place, we'd probably do it with tissue packets and come back later. Or we'd send our maids to queue for us first.'" - ST

....three packets one dollar.

possibly another SDP slime-singapore ploy.
