STOMPer xiao pervy was disgusted to see this man washing his underwear in Republic Polytechnic's W1 canteen pond.

The STOMPer said in an email:

"On 11th February, at around 4 pm, a man was spotted walking about Republic Polytechnic's W1 canteen pond with a plastic bag.

"We began to notice that he was a little weird because he was actually standing under the sun when there was shelter near him.

"We decided to hide in a corner and try to observe him.

"Our efforts paid off and we spotted him using the water in the pond to wash his undergarment.

"We felt so disgusted and humiliated by him."
