Man threatens workers at two construction sites, throws zinc panel

Annoyed with the noise coming from the two construction sites along the street where he lived, he went berserk.

The expatriate, believed to be working as a banker here, barged into the sites and hurled vulgarities and threatened workers.

At the first site, he threw a zinc panel into a pit, a spokesman for Unison Construction said.

His tirade on Oct 20 was filmed by a worker and uploaded onto citizen journalism website Stomp.

A Chinese national working at the second site alleged that the man had, on the same day, stormed into the site brandishing an iron rod he had apparently picked up there.

Police confirmed that a report had been made about the man's actions.
